The High Growth Business Club (HGBC)
All Business Support Services are delivered through the High Growth Business Club (HGBC) and entrants need to pass through an initial appraisal before being offered membership. The appraisal is your opportunity to convince a LINNOC consultant that you have a high growth potential. That is you have the potential to grow a start up business to a £1 million turnover within 3 years or that your established business can grow by 20% per year.
You must also live or work within one of the London boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Merton, Sutton, Kingston upon Thames, Richmond or Wandsworth. Preference is given to Technical or Creative Industry businesses with a clear involvement of Innovation.
There are various Membership Categories of the Club, as follows :
Full Members – Meet entry criteria in full
Pre-Start – Entrepreneurs who possess an idea for a potentially high growth business that needs further investigation before launch. Time limited membership of 9 months.
Business Members – Do not currently meet entry criteria or do not require full support package
Associate Members – Business Support Professionals or companies involved in High Growth Business Support
Charter Members – Entrepreneurs who have proven that they can achieve high growth over a period. Charter Membership is granted to successful “Graduates” from Full membership or by invitation to established entrepreneurs. Charter members freely share their experience and knowledge with those still going through the journey.
There is a fee for Membership but thanks to the LDA funding it can be kept to a notional level.
